Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to ensuring that your children play in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Absolutely! We take safety seriously at InflateaPearl Experience, and that includes having all our bounce houses fully insured and regularly inspected. Picture this: our bounce houses are like the rock stars of the party, and just like rock stars, they’ve got their own insurance policy and a team of inspectors making sure they’re always ready to rock and roll!

To break it down, being certified means we meet all the requirements set by Texas regulations for amusement companies offering inflatable devices. This includes having active, valid insurance that covers bodily injury and property damage. Our bounce houses fall under the Class B ride category, which means they undergo rigorous safety checks to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Rest assured, when you choose InflateaPearl Experience, you’re choosing peace of mind knowing that our bounce houses are not just fun but also safe and certified to give your kids the best party experience ever!

No worries if you need to cancel! Just give us a heads-up at least three days before your event via text, email, or a good old-fashioned phone call. While the deposit is non-refundable, it’s like a party pass that can be used within 1 year of your original event date. Birthday bashes get a full year; other events have six months to reschedule the fun.

We’re all about keeping the bounce going, so the more notice you can give us, the better chance we have to share the joy with another party crew. Let’s keep the party vibes alive! 🎉

When you reserve your bounce house, slide, or other inflatables with us, we’ll give you all the details about their size. It’s your responsibility to make sure your space can handle the fun! If the area needs to be bigger for your inflatable, no refunds are available, and full payment is expected since you’ve reserved that unit exclusively.

All of our products are designed to plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We’ll provide the extension cord needed, and we kindly request that no other devices be plugged into the same outlet. The product placement should be within 100ft of this outlet. If you plan to set up at a park or any location without a nearby electrical outlet, give us a heads-up, and we can bring along a generator for a small fee. Please note that InflateaPearl is not responsible for providing electrical power sources.

Each piece of equipment typically requires one dedicated 20-amp 110v circuit unless specified otherwise by our party coordinator. The renter’s responsible for ensuring the appropriate power supply is available. Our delivery team will ensure that all rented items are in proper working condition before leaving your location. However, once everything is set up and functioning smoothly, InflateaPearl cannot be held liable for any electrical issues that may arise.
